Unwarranted Items Form

I, have been advised that the following work is not covered under the following warranty period:

Sunlight Heritage Homes will review your request with the information you have provided us. As a courtesy we will request than an on site visit be completed to review your concern in person.
You, the home owner understand that a report will be completed on this work. If found not to be warranted it will be the home owners' responsibility to pay directly to the contractor, builder, supplier a $100.00 administration fee to cover the cost to review the issue. If the work is determined to be warranted it will be paid by the contractor, builder or supplier.
