Wilson Ribeiro is the Owner of Sunlight Homes, he has been in the business for 19 years. His father started the company over 25 years ago, which Wilson then became interested in joining the family business. Although he is the owner he is very much involved in the process of every customers home building experience. Which is what differentiates the company from a lot of other Home Builders. Wilson's focus is on building a strong team of people who strive for excellence each day. His passion for what he does, is what allows the company to succeed and progress the way it has for 25 years.

Customer relationships, understanding needs and ensuring customer satisfaction are Wilson's top priorities. He is always keeping up to date with the latest home trends by travelling and attending Home Building Conferences all over the U.S.

Wilson is married with two beautiful children, who both attend school in Brantford Ont. On his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, camping and enjoying life to the fullest.

Noah Ribeiro is a dedicated Site Supervisor at Sunlight Heritage Homes, where he manages and collaborates with trades throughout the home-building process. With six years of experience in the industry, he enjoys the ever-changing nature of his work and the opportunity to find creative solutions to construction challenges.

Passionate about hands-on work, Noah takes pride in helping clients bring their ideas to life, making their dream homes a reality. He believes that while homeownership may seem overwhelming, anyone can learn the valuable skills that come with it.

When he's not overseeing builds, Noah enjoys home renovation projects, board games with family and friends, and relaxing by a wood-burning fireplace. A fan of J.R.R. Tolkien’s works, he describes himself as patient, kind, and understanding. If he weren’t in home construction, he might have pursued a career in tool and die or manufacturing.

Joe’s journey in the construction industry began in the mid-1980s with roofing, and over the years, he has gained extensive hands-on experience across various trades. His deep knowledge and commitment to quality make him an invaluable asset to both our team and the homeowners he assists.

Happily married for over 50 years, Joe resides in Cambridge with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys reading, volunteering for his church, and giving back to the community by serving meals to those in need. His dedication to both his work and his community truly reflects his compassionate nature.

With nearly a decade in the home-building industry, Derek Cole is a dedicated Site Supervisor at Sunlight Heritage Homes. He oversees the construction process, ensuring high-quality homes are delivered on time to excited homeowners. Passionate about seeing projects through from start to finish, he enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in the craftsmanship that goes into every build.

Derek finds the most rewarding part of his job to be the homeowners' reactions during Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs), where their dream homes come to life. A fan of tile work, he appreciates the detail and skill involved in perfecting each space.

Outside of work, Derek is a BBQ enthusiast and avid fisherman who loves spending weekends with family. He believes in taking the time to envision the finished home before starting the building process. If he weren’t in home construction, he’d likely be designing landscapes and decks.

Derek describes Sunlight Heritage Homes as a relaxed, family-run company that always finds a way to get things done. His go-to drink? Pepsi. His must-have home feature? A backyard kitchen. And if you ask him, Bigfoot and aliens? Definitely real.

As an Office Administrator at Sunlight Heritage Homes, Aidan Ribeiro plays a key role in working with trades and helping homeowners design and personalize their dream homes. With two years in the home-building industry, Aidan enjoys the creative aspect of the process and ensuring every homeowner’s vision is brought to life.

Passionate about organization and efficiency, Aidan values the independence the role provides and the ability to work at their own pace. When it comes to home design, Aidan’s must-have feature is a large kitchen with deep cabinets and a spacious sink—perfect for both functionality and style.

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys relaxing weekends spent reading and spending time with friends. A talented artist, creativity extends beyond the workplace. Their advice to first-time homeowners? Know what you want and don’t be afraid to make it clear.
