Over 37 years ago, Manuel Ribeiro set out to build his own home in Cambridge. His attention to detail and craftsmanship quickly caught the attention of family and friends, who saw the quality firsthand. Inspired by this, he took the leap to start his own home-building company. In 1988, Sunlight Heritage Homes was born.

With over 15 years of prior experience in new home construction, Manuel believed in one simple principle: quality matters. That belief continues to drive everything we do today. As a family-run business, we take a hands-on approach to ensure every home we build meets the highest standards. By closely managing every step of the process—both in the office and on-site—we’re able to deliver exceptional homes at the best possible value.
