Terms and Conditions

*Referral program is only available to Drayton Heights 2, Tavistock Heights Neighbourhoods*

  • To qualify for the referral reward, the referral must not have met with any Sunlight Heritage Homes employee, sales representative, third party real estate agent or visited a Sunlight Heritage Homes model home prior to submitting the online form.
  • Referred purchasers represented by a Real Estate Representative/Broker are excluded.
  • The referral must be submitted to-and receipt acknowledged by a Sales Representative before the referred purchaser enters into a sales agreement with Sunlight Heritage Homes.
  • In the event that more than one referring party refers the same person, the earliest dated submission will only be eligible for rewards. Reciprocal referrals will not be accepted.

  • The cheque will be mailed to you by Sunlight Heritage Homes within thirty (30) days following the possession date.
  • Our referral program is not available for any projects where individuals are requested to register online prior to offering a new project or release for sale.
